UCME provides specialized repair, rebuilding and fabrication services for excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, backhoes and telescopic boom cranes. Our capabilities include pin and bush repair, line boring, hydraulic cylinder repair, structural welding, boom and linkage repair, undercarriage servicing, travel and swing drive repairs, and custom fabrication.

Excavators

Pin & bush repair, boom and stick repair, H/I-linkage repair and straightening, bucket repair, hydraulic cylinder and seal replacement, track and idler repair, carrier rollers, travel motor and final drive repair, swing bearing and swing drive repair, hydraulic breaker piping, structural welding, line boring, and custom boom/stick fabrication or length extension.

Wheel Loaders

Lift-arm and bucket pin & bush repair, center articulation joint repair, boom straightening and crack repair, bucket cutting blade replacement, chassis and differential mounting repair, oscillating axle support repair, hydraulic cylinder repair, fork installation, welding and line boring.

Backhoes

Front and rear boom, stick and bucket pin & bush repair, hydraulic cylinder services, hydraulic breaker piping installation, structural welding and line boring.

Bulldozers

Telescopic Boom Cranes

Specialized repair of terrain mobile telescopic boom cranes, including structural welding, pin & bush repair, boom and linkage repair and line boring.
